to move forward and backwards, press the up an down arrow keys

to jump, press space

to shoot, press CTRL

to interact with doors, switches, etc. Press E

to strafe, press comma and period keys

you can also use WASD, but you'll need to use the left and right arrow keys to turn.

that's basically every control. besides up and down arrow keys to navigate the menus and enter to select menu elements. (and left and right arrow keys for moving the volume or mouse sensitivity sliders in the menus.)

ESC to pause the game.
